Banana Oatmeal Bars

2 very ripe bananas
1- 6 or 8 ounce container FF plain yogurt
2 cups oatmeal, uncooked
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Splenda to taste – sprinkle the top with Splenda-Brown Sugar (only a couple tsps so minimal pts), instead of adding Splenda to the mix.

Using electric mixer mix mashed banana, yogurt, splenda and the extracts.
Stir in the oatmeal, baking soda and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into 9 inch square pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 375* for 25 minutes or until lightly browned and firm to the touch.
Cut into squares.
